Diane Brown Allen

Diane is an accomplished financial practitioner with over 20 years in her chosen field of Finance, spanning several industries including Banking and Finance, Tourism and Collections Management. She is a certified practitioner in the area of accounting through the ACCA and has successfully completed her course of study for the MBA (pending). She has held several positions in her field including but not limited to manager of finance, account, treasury manager and previously held the post of Assistant General Manager Finance and Administration at International Asset Services. She is currently  responsible for revenue and treasury management  functions at the Tourism Enhancement Fund where she  was  instrumental in developing the agency’s investment and revenue  collections policies to ensure smooth operation of a collection portfolio in excess of Six Billion Dollars annually and an investment portfolio formerly at about two billion Jamaican dollars. 

Outside of her professional interest she founded and headed the TEF summer internship programme. It has now become the most sought-after internship available.

Diane continues to contribute to national development as a member of the Board of Annie Dawson Girl’s Home, a past president of her Citizen Association and the treasurer of her Community Development Committee, positions she has held for the last five years.
